DUTIES: Educating the public regarding bylaws and enforcing all municipal bylaws within the boundaries of The Municipal District of Willow Creek No. 26.

COMMON BYLAWS

• Business License Bylaw No. 1191: Sections 6 and 7: Any individual or firm which carries on business within or partly within the rural area of this municipality requires a business license.

• Dog Bylaw No. 1269: Sections 6 and 7: No person shall allow a dog to run at large and no person shall keep a dog that barks and disturbs other people. More than two (2) dogs in a residence in a Hamlet requires a kennel license.

• Land Use Bylaw No. 1250: Refer to Development Department

**SPRING REMINDER**

• Escaped Irrigation Bylaw No. 1099: Section 2: Council prohibits any person from operating irrigation systems in such a manner that water is caused or permitted to escape from the irrigated land into a road ditch or into or on a roadway within the said Municipal District.
