Public Hearings

Public Hearings are held to identify and address concerns relating to a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw and/or a proposed development.  These meetings are open to the general public and are typically held in the Council Chambers at the MDs administration office during regular council meetings, unless otherwise advertised.


DATE OF HEARING: September 19th, 2007 

Bylaw 1530   Proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 1250 by redesignating lands located within a portion of SE 13-9-25-4 from “Rural General - RG” to “Grouped Country Residential - GCR” to accommodate a planned residential subdivision of the said lands by Alan & Maureen Palmer (applicants).
