Public Hearings
Public Hearings are held to identify and address concerns relating to a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw and/or a proposed development. These meetings are open to the general public and are typically held in the Council Chambers at the MDs administration office during regular council meetings, unless otherwise advertised.

Bylaw 1521 Proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 1250 by redesignating lands described as a portion of SW 15-14-28 W4M from “Reservoir Vicinity – RV” to “Grouped Country Residential - GCR” to accommodate a planned residential subdivision of the said lands by D. A Badke Enterprises (applicant) and Radler Construction (landowner).
