In order to accommodate and provide options for landowners and contractors, the M.D. of Willow Creek is pleased to announce contracts have been awarded to the accredited safety codes services agencies, Park Enterprises Ltd. and Superior Safety Codes Inc., to provide safety code services within the Municipality.
Both agencies provide knowledge, support, experience and have qualified professional service providers for all safety codes services: Building, Electrical, Gas, Plumbing and Private Sewage Systems.
Safety Codes permits are required to ensure that work on buildings will conform to construction and safety standards as accepted under the Safety Codes Act. It is the landowner's responsibility to comply with the Safety Codes Act for new construction, additions or renovations, and demolition of buildings by obtaining a Safety Codes permits.
